Suzane Mokbel – Managing Partner
Suzane brings over 20 years of experience advising founders and management teams on M&A, capital raising, and premium strategic exits across media, advertising, AdTech, MarTech, retail media, commerce technology, healthcare information and marketing services. She works closely with founder-led businesses to position their companies for premium exit outcomes, with experience spanning CTV, OTT, DOOH, creative and other programmatic advertising, data and analytics platforms, AI-driven marketing technologies, agencies, and experiential marketing as well as supply chain.
Over the course of her career, Suzane has advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions, partnering with both strategic acquirers and private equity investors. Her advisory work is grounded in buyer underwriting logic, execution discipline, and a deep understanding of how strategic and financial buyers evaluate assets in today’s market.
Prior to co-founding Windsail Partners, Suzane held roles at KPMG, Houlihan Lokey, Petsky Prunier and Merrill Lynch within their technology and media advisory practices, education technology, and healthcare information.
Outside of advising clients, Suzane enjoys cycling, outdoor activities, traveling with her two children, and actively manages a real estate portfolio.
Suzane holds Series 63 and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.
